Francesco brings nearly two decades of financial and operational expertise to Bartab, the company he founded to bring clarity, control, and profitability to hospitality businesses.
His journey began behind the bar—literally. While studying accounting and playing baseball in college, Francesco bartended and served tables, gaining a firsthand appreciation for the pace and precision of the restaurant world. After graduating in 2003, he joined a financial firm but continued working weekends in hospitality, blending real-world experience with financial discipline.
In 2005, he launched his own practice, serving a wide range of industries but always feeling drawn to hospitality—where he could work closely with operators to drive performance, not just report on it. A pivotal moment came in 2013 when a client asked for help improving profitability. Francesco created a cost-tracking system and implemented new labor and COGS controls, increasing annual cash flow by over $200,000.
That success became the foundation for Bartab, launched in 2014 to deliver accounting, financial insights, and operational strategy tailored to hospitality businesses. Since then, Bartab has helped countless restaurants and hospitality groups unlock hidden profit and operate with greater clarity and confidence.
Beyond Bartab, Francesco is a multi-unit franchisee for nationally recognized brands, a partner in several NYC restaurants, and currently serves as CFO of a rapidly expanding national franchise. Despite his many ventures, Bartab remains his top priority—continuing to grow as a trusted partner for hospitality businesses nationwide.
Fun fact: Family means everything to Francesco. Between attending his kids’ sporting events, celebrating milestones, and enjoying quiet moments at home, he values every minute spent together.

As Director of Operations and Client Relations, Jenna brings a strong background in leadership and operations. She focuses on streamlining internal processes, enhancing the client experience, and supporting the team to deliver high-quality results. Her expertise includes team management, strategic planning, and systems implementation, all aimed at driving efficiency and growth.
Fun fact: Jenna enjoys leveraging her real estate experience to acquire and design short-term rentals in her spare time

Len brings over 30 years of accounting and finance experience, including progressive roles in public accounting, Fortune 500 companies, and closely held businesses. His expertise spans financial reporting, tax, audit, and strategic planning. He has a proven track record of delivering accurate, insightful financial analysis to support business growth across diverse industries, as well as developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
Fun fact: Len is a life member of his local volunteer ambulance squad, where he’s served many leadership roles including chief and treasurer and continues to serve today.

Rosalyn is a seasoned Senior Manager with nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. She excels at leading lean teams, streamlining processes, and delivering clear, data driven financial insights that help clients make informed decisions. With strong analytical skills and a commitment to long term success, Rosalyn partners closely with businesses to drive meaningful and sustainable financial outcomes.
Fun fact: Outside of work, Rosalyn is extremely active in her community where she enjoys fundraising and uniting people to make a meaningful impact.

Danielle leads business development at Bartab, helping restaurant owners and hospitality groups access the financial clarity they need to grow. With a background in marketing, recruiting, and client relationship strategy, she brings a uniquely human approach to building trust and uncovering each operator’s real challenges. She focuses on creating long-term partnerships that strengthen profitability, streamline operations, and support better-run businesses.
Fun Fact: Outside of work, Danielle loves experimenting in the kitchen and finds joy in cooking for family and friends. She enjoys the creativity and comfort that come with good food and great company.
